Singing Ringing Tree – Panopticon

Up on a windswept hill, Crown Point offers a spectacular panorama of East Lancashire.  Designed in the shape of a weathered, wind battered tree by Tonkin Liu, the stack of galvanised steel pipes snake around carrying a mellow and melodious hum on the breeze.

Part of the Panopticon series, this is defiantly worth a visit.

One tip: Bring a coat.
